Food for Thought
Shaping the future of food in New York City.
Food for thought is a three-part system designed to encourage NYC residents to re-evaluate their relationship with food. The core of the system is an interactive food experience center with citywide pop-up locations. The second component provides support to vertical farms through government tax breaks to supply affordable produce to low-income residents. The third component employs HYLIGHT scanning technology to improve crop health and farm productivity.
